Sports Drinks Package Terms & Conditions

1. Drinks packages are available at Market Place Food Hall Leicester Square and must be purchased and booked in advance unless otherwise stated.

2. Customers purchasing or consuming alcoholic drinks must be 18 years of age or over. It is against the law to sell alcohol to anyone under 18 in England and Wales. Proof of age may be requested before alcohol is served.

3. Market Place operates an age-verification policy. Guests who are unable to provide acceptable proof of age when requested may be refused the sale or service of alcohol.

4. Purchasing a drinks package does not guarantee service of alcohol. Market Place reserves the right to refuse alcohol service where required by law, licensing requirements or responsible-service practices.

5. Alcohol purchased as part of a package is for consumption by eligible guests within the booked party and on the licensed premises only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Drinks packages are subject to availability. Specific brands, wines, vintages or soft-drink varieties may occasionally be substituted with a suitable alternative of similar value.

7. Packages cannot be exchanged for cash and any unused drinks are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

8. A valid table booking is required. Please enter DRINKS PACKAGE in the booking comments when reserving your visit so your purchase can be matched with your booking.

9. Guests are responsible for ensuring that the date, time and party details entered when booking are correct.

10. Market Place reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw drinks packages, subject to existing bookings and applicable consumer rights.

11. Please drink responsibly. UK Chief Medical Officers advise that, to keep health risks from alcohol at a low level, adults should not regularly drink more than 14 units of alcohol per week, spread over three or more days.

12. Management reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with applicable licensing laws and the conditions of the premises licence.
